Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into between Ravewards Technologies L.L.C, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (“Ravewards Technologies”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and any individual accessing or using the services (“User”, “you” or “your”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of: (i) the Ravewards website (www.ravewards.com, www.ravewards.app); (ii) the Ravewards mobile application; and (iii) any related services or features made available by Ravewards Technologies (collectively, the “Ravewards Platform”).

By accessing or using the Ravewards Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Ravewards Platform.

Ravewards Technologies is a lifestyle-tech company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It develops and operates the Ravewards Platform, which provides a nightlife discovery, loyalty and engagement platform connecting Users with partnered venues and events.

You must:

• Be at least 21 years old, or such higher age as required by applicable UAE laws or specific venue policies.
• Have legal capacity under UAE law.
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for, accessing or using the Ravewards Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate eligibility rules.

Ravewards Technologies may offer, through the Ravewards Platform:

• Venue discovery
• Event listings
• Loyalty rewards (RaveCoins)
• Tier progression (e.g., Velvet to Crown)
• Vouchers and promotional benefits
• Premium membership (future)
• Waitlist registration

Access to venues or events may be facilitated through digital confirmations or QR-based entry verification systems generated via the Ravewards Platform and used by participating venues.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. All changes are effective upon publication and apply to access to and use of the Ravewards Platform thereafter.

Your continued use means you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Ravewards Platform.

Ravewards Technologies operates the Ravewards Platform as an intermediary technology service facilitating access to venues and events.

We do not own, operate, or control any venue or event and do not act as an agent, partner, or representative of any venue or event organiser.

We are not a party to any booking, reservation, or purchase of entry. All such services are made directly between the User and the relevant venue or event organiser.

Payments made through the Ravewards Platform may be processed by Ravewards Technologies or its payment partners on behalf of venues.

Ravewards Technologies may retain applicable service fees in connection with the use of the Ravewards Platform, in accordance with its agreements with participating venues.

Refunds, cancellations, and modifications are subject to the policies of the respective venue or event organiser.

Any applicable refund terms, including eligibility, timelines, and deductions, will be specified at the time the User confirms a booking or reservation on the Ravewards Platform.

Ravewards Technologies does not guarantee the availability of refunds and shall not be liable where a venue or event organiser declines or restricts refunds in accordance with its policies.

• RaveCoins do not constitute legal tender, property, or a stored value instrument.
• RaveCoins have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• RaveCoins are issued for promotional purposes only and do not constitute electronic money, prepaid instruments, or regulated financial products under applicable UAE laws.
• RaveCoins have an expiry date (expiry terms will be defined in-app).
• RaveCoins can be revoked if misuse is detected.

We reserve the right to modify reward structures at any time, subject to applicable law.

Ravewards Technologies:

• Is not responsible for venue policies.
• Does not control event operations.
• Is not liable for venue service quality, pricing, or incidents.

Users must comply with venue-specific rules and applicable UAE laws.

As a condition of accessing or using the Ravewards Platform, you agree not to:

• Misuse rewards, loyalty points or promotional benefits.
• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent check-ins or activity.
• Engage in fraud or unlawful or deceptive conduct.
• Violate applicable UAE laws, including public morality, decency and conduct in venues.
• Harass, abuse or harm venues, partners, partner's clients/customers or other Users.

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Ravewards Platform, and may also result in legal action or reporting to relevant authorities, where required or appropriate.

All content including but not limited to:

• Logo
• Branding
• UI/UX design
• Textual and written content
• Software

Is owned by us and is protected under the applicable UAE intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise exploit any such content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Ravewards Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• Venue-related incidents.
• Loss of rewards.
• Service interruptions.

Use of the Ravewards Platform is at your own risk.

Your use of the Ravewards Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated.
• Fraud is suspected.
• Required by UAE authorities.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations, except for loyalty points, rewards, or benefits, which shall automatically lapse upon termination.

Ravewards Technologies may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate or successor without restriction. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Ravewards Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
